THE ADVENTURE CYCLING ORGANIZATION. For thirty years, this bunch of helpful, cheerful people, based in Missoula, Montana, have been helping people travel all around the world. Worth the price of membership alone to receive its ADVENTURE CYCLIST magazine. CYCLESOURCE, ACA's catalogue, features top of the line touring gear such as panniers, clothes and accessories (though not bikes.)
TRAVELPOD. Want to know where we've been and what we've been doing? This page will give you more information about our adventures and our impressions as we travel around the country, on both long and short trips.
THE VIAS VERDES (rail trails/greenways). Programme run by the Fundación de Ferrocariles Españoles. While Spain's greenway (rail trail, in American English) program hasn't been going for very long, the country can now boast 1,600 km of rail trails throughout the country. In English and Spanish.
BRAVO BIKE. Want to take part in some cycling when you're in Spain, but you don't want to bring your bike with you? Kaspar and Company will fit you out with the bike you need. They also do great tours along the Camino de Santiago, Andalusia and Switzerland.
PEDALIBRE. Madrid's organization for cycling. The website is mostly in Spanish, but has a useful map that shows you how to get from Barajas Airport to the centre of town if you ride in.
BICYCLE CLUB OF CATALUNYA. Excellent information in Catalan, Spanish and English. Invaluable if you're going to spend any time biking in and around Barcelona.
